MISSION + IMPACT PEEK TEES™

OUR MISSION

Wear the Conversation.™

Peek Tees™ creates fashion designed to interrupt assumptions, invite dialogue, and turn attention into meaningful action.

One word can be misunderstood, misconstrued, misused, or deliberately misread. It can also make someone stop, look again, and begin a conversation.

That is where our work begins.

LOOK CLOSER.™

WHERE WE BEGAN

Peek Tees™ soft launched on April 11, 2026, at 11:11am with COUNTRY REDACTED™ 001.

The first drawing emerged during a moment when freedom after freedom appeared to be under threat, and as survivors continued to watch powerful perpetrators protected, rewarded, or excused.

It was shaped by the Epstein files, Sexual Assault Awareness Month, attacks on bodily autonomy, rising violence against Black people, threats to LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities, war, greed, and the painful recognition that history does not remain safely in the past.

COUNTRY REDACTED™ began as one person reclaiming her voice  expressing what she was witnessing through the lens of her own experience. Pain and anger were redirected toward healing, rebuilding, awareness, and action.

Peek Tees™ gave that idea a name, a structure, and a way forward.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

We believe every person deserves dignity, safety, freedom, opportunity, and equal protection.

Our work supports:

  • Human rights
  • Black women's rights, safety, freedom, and healthcare
  • Women's rights, bodily autonomy, and protection from violence
  • The rights and safety of Black people
  • Immigrant rights
  • LGBTQ+ rights and gender freedom
  • Mental health and emotional wellness
  • Sexual-assault awareness and survivors' rights
  • Freedom of speech and expression
  • The protection of children from harm
  • Education, opportunity, and economic mobility
  • Community-centered support
  • Resources for survivors

Black women, Black children, Black men, and Black people of every gender, faith, identity, and sexual orientation deserve the protection they were promised and have too often been denied.

Women should not have to prove that their lives, bodies, choices, or safety matter.

Survivors should not have to become perfect witnesses before they are believed.

Human rights are not abstract. They belong to human beings.

Our freedom is bound together. None of us can be fully free while others are denied safety, dignity, or equal protection.

SOLIDARITY IS A PRACTICE

Peek Tees™ is not here to tell Black people what they already know.

We are speaking to white people, beginning with ourselves.

Read Black women's work. Listen when they tell us who has been excluded from our compassion. Notice whose pain becomes a national conversation—and whose pain becomes a charge, a sentence, or a story never told.

Solidarity is not saying the right thing once. It is the sustained practice of learning, listening, believing, crediting, funding, voting, challenging, intervening, and refusing to look away.

It is about respect, kindness, decency, responsibility, and our shared humanity.

Solidarity is not words, promises and soundbites.  It is something we practice when nobody is watching. It is something we stand for when it isn't convenient.

All of Us for All of Us.

HOW WE PUT OUR VALUES INTO PRACTICE

We are building giving directly into the Peek Tees™ business model.

We commit 22% of net proceeds from each colorway to its stated Area of Concentration. Peek Tees™ pledges to maintain a minimum commitment of 22% of net proceeds to causes and organizations in need of support.

We will publish recipient organizations and giving updates as relationships are confirmed and contributions are made.

We will not describe an organization as an official partner unless a formal partnership has been established.

OUR FIRST GIVING COMMITMENT

COUNTRY REDACTED™ 001 launched with our first giving commitment: supporting RAINN and its work for survivors of sexual violence.

This commitment reflects where the story began, with survivor advocacy, the right to be believed, and the belief that safety, healing, and meaningful support should be available to everyone.

Each subsequent colorway expands that commitment by focusing attention and resources on distinct human-rights issues.

BUILDING INFRASTRUCTURE, NOT ONLY PRODUCTS

Peek Tees™ is building more than a collection of shirts.

Our long-term purpose is to help create an interconnected production community where independent makers, local screen printers, experienced sewers, grading specialists, designers, educators, artists, and emerging talent can build together.

Small-batch and made-to-order production allows us to grow deliberately, reduce waste, support local manufacturing, and create paid opportunities as demand grows.

We envision:

  • Local, small-batch manufacturing
  • Fairly paid creative and production work
  • Partnerships with independent printers and makers
  • Paid training and educational opportunities
  • Sewing circles and community learning
  • Collaborations with Black artists and Black-owned businesses
  • Opportunities for women, immigrants, LGBTQ+ people, survivors, and historically excluded talent
  • Pathways for people to learn, experiment, advance, and eventually build opportunities for others

Talent that is supported, nurtured, respected, and fairly compensated has room to succeed.

Anything is possible with the right support.

WHERE WE ARE NOW

Peek Tees™ is a young, independently built company. We are still developing our production, giving, collaboration, and reporting infrastructure.

Some items are produced in small batches or made to order. Depending on order volume and production requirements, fulfillment may take up to three weeks.

Current opportunities are project based and offered as funding and production needs allow.

Future goals, including dedicated manufacturing equipment, ongoing training, stable employment, healthcare benefits, and comprehensive worker protections, represent the infrastructure we are working toward. They are not yet current employee benefits.

We believe honesty about where we are is part of building responsibly.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Peek Tees™ does not promise perfection.

We promise attention, honesty, correction, transparency, and sustained practice.

We will continue to listen, learn, question our assumptions, examine our choices, and make changes when our actions do not align with our stated values.

Conscious consumption is not simple. Most of us participate in systems we also want to change.

The responsibility is not to pretend we are untouched by those systems. It is to notice, acknowledge, question, and make more deliberate choices whenever we can.

PEOPLE. PLANET. PURPOSE.

People and planet come first.

Profit builds infrastructure and fosters talent.

Purpose drives us.
